What's the difference between Pro and Premium?

Pro is for displaying reviews on your site — more reviews, auto-updates, and multiple domains. Premium adds intelligence on top of that: AI analysis of your review content (so you know exactly what customers love and what's hurting your rating), and a competitor report showing how you rank against the top 10 businesses near you.

How does AI review analysis work?

Premium analyses your historical reviews and groups them into themes (e.g. "service speed", "food quality", "cleanliness"), splits each theme into positive vs negative mentions, and produces a strengths and weaknesses report you can act on. Updated monthly.

What's in the competitor report?

We pull the top 10 businesses in your category near your location, compare their star rating, review count, and recent review velocity against yours, and rank you among them. Helps you see who's pulling ahead and why.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal any time — your widget will revert to the free Basic plan at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're unhappy in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Email hello@reviewswidgets.com for annual pricing — typically 2 months free on Pro and Premium.
